Tis was the night before....

Okay so we had a full day!  Living with the dogs off the dogs truck is pretty intensive if your not used to it.

And WE AREN'T!  But we are gettingused to it.

The day pretty much was consumed by getting the dogs used to and comfortable with a pattern different than in the kennel.  Which is pretty easy when they are in and out of the dogboxes.  You really have the chance to work with every aspect of their lives from eating and pooping to sleeping and exercising.

Besides setting patterns, which they seem fairly well set up on, Charlie took the team out for a short 1/2 hour run to get them stretched out.  Plus we had the vet check- they all passed- and the musher meeting where Charliedrew bib 4, which means he will be the 3rd musher off.

So all is going well... And ohh yea!

Charlie- mister "don't change anything"- has come up with something startling and earth shackingly new for a race strategy!  We shal see it could end in victory or perhaps he will taste the agony of defeat!

Anyway, I promised I wouldn't give the strategy away until after the start so watch for the twitters and live, mobile blog photos once the race has started!

To bed now.

P.s. I have some higher res. photos I will try to upload after the start... but no promises :)
