A good business knows that they rely on customer feedback to make their business even better. At Kigluait, we encourage our participants to let us know what they think of our programs, as well as what we can do better.

But every now and the we get such great feedback that we like to share it with all.  Every year, we get a chance to go Virtually to Niagra Falls with our school Lewiston-Porter Elementary. The kids are great fun, and they always teach us something new about their community.

This year, the librarian shared with us that their local news: Niagra Gazette, had a news story about their classroom participating in our program.  If we can make the front page of a local community, it is a sure sign we are providing a good service to our customers.
